Bowel/Breast/Cervical Screening

As early detection has proved to be vital, we encourage our patients to take up screening that is made available to them free on the NHS. Please click on the links below for advice and guidance for each screening type.

Cervical Screening

This is by invitation where you will be sent a letter or text advising that you should book an appointment to have a screening.

We have very experienced nurses who are all trained to undertake Cervical Screening in the Practice. For an appointment, please call within our opening hours.

We may from time to time send text messages to patients who are overdue a screening as a gentle reminder.

Breast Screening

This is by invitation where you will be sent a letter or text advising that you should book an appointment to have a screening. This cannot be done in the surgery but there are several sites you can have this done at, one of them being on the 1st floor at Surbiton Health Centre managed by the hospital.
