Vaccination Passport

You can access your COVID-19 vaccination status through the free NHS App from 17th May 2021. You can access the app through a mobile device, such as a smartphone or a tablet. Proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status will be shown within the NHS App. We recommend that you register with the app before booking any international travel.

If you don't have access to a smartphone or tablet and know that the country you are travelling to requires proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status, you must call the NHS helpline on 119 (from 17th May 2021) and ask them to post the proof to you.

Do not contact us about your COVID-19 vaccination status. GPs cannot provide letters showing your COVID-19 vaccination status.

The guidance has now been downgraded. However, we do ask that our patients wear a face mask when visiting us to protect all our staff and other patients as COVID is still with us.
