Accessible Information - Do you have any communication needs?

If so, we want to know so that we can assist.

Central Surgery are committed to ensuring all our patients' needs are met and are happy to arrange for information to be made available in alternative formats such as larger print and / or  'easy read' leaflets.

For patients who are hard of hearing we have a portable hearing loop which can be made available at Reception and / or during your consultation.   We are also able to offer patients access to a generic email address which can be used for contacting the surgery regarding non-urgent matters.  We also recommend patients sign up to Online Access so that they can request medication or book an appointment at any time of the day and without the need to call or visit the surgery.

Assistance Dogs are welcome in our surgery but unfortunately, all other pets are not permitted.

Should any of the above apply to you, please do not hesitate to get in touch via the feedback form and we will be happy to help.
