CORONAVIRUS-DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY.ONLY TELEPHONE TRIAGE AND NO ROUTINE FACE 2 FACE APPOINTMENTS.
All face to face online bookings have been removed in order to mitigate any risk of infection. You will need to call the practice first and tell the receptionist your reason for an appointment. If you are experiencing flu symptoms, it is important you tell them that too.
GP practices are unable and don’t test for Coronavirus.
If you need to self-isolate due to having symptoms or due to someone in your household having symptoms you can get a isolation note from NHS111 for your employer – please see link below.
We cannot give patients’ sick certificates for self-isolation for 12 weeks if you are at risk or produce letters for workplaces for 12 weeks isolation. You will need to speak to your employer.
We apologise in advance if you have a long wait to get through on the telephone. We advise people to call later in the day where they can or book a telephone appointment online. If you are experiencing severe breathlessness or/and heart pain, please call 999.
Welcome to Central Surgery
We are a dynamic and friendly surgery who are committed to providing excellent care and patient satisfaction.
We have a number of clinicians who have special interests to provide a variety of clinics and services to meet our patients' needs such as chronic disease management (eg. Diabetes, Asthma, COPD clinics etc.), phlebotomy, minor operations (including acupuncture) and childhood vaccinations. We have extended hours Mon-Fri. We operate from a DDA compliant building which was built in 2013. There is wheelchair access and a hearing loop installed at our reception desk.
If you have received a leaflet from the above company, LIVI is not an NHS service. They are a private company in ‘partnership’ with the NHS but have not been procured by your Kingston CCG. Instead in Kingston, your CCG have procured Kingston Chambers to offer extra GP appointments for patients. If you have any query please go back to LIVI with any questions as Central Surgery are not involved in their organisation or employed their services.
