To be able to access blood test results, book GP appointments, order medication, view medical history and your vaccination history you can sign up to online access by register with the NHS App.
If you already signed up for online access but you are unable to gain access you will need to contact the Practice by email at swlicb.centralsurgery@nhs.net explaining the issue you are having. One of our team will come back to you with a solution within 5 working days.
If you do not have any access to a computer or smart device, you can all the practice after 11.00am and ask one of our team to assist you.
If your results come back abnormal you will be informed either by text or over the telephone from one of our team. You can also requests an appointment to discuss your results with one of our clinicians.
