ACP Lead

Starting salary from £60,000 per annum negotiable depending on experience

 

Central Surgery is a progressive, innovative and friendly training practice with approximately 13,800 patients working from modern, purpose-built premises in the sought-after suburb of Surbiton.

We are looking for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner with a nursing background to join us and lead our superb nursing team. You would join our enthusiastic, dedicated team of GPs, nurses, HCAs, pharmacist, paramedic and excellent support staff. Our PCN consists of three of the practices based in the Health Centre and we employ a variety of staff including a First Contact Physiotherapist, pharmacists and a Mental Health Practitioner.

We have an experienced, dedicated nursing team which includes a nurse prescriber and an ACP. The nursing team have expertise in respiratory disease, Diabetes, complex dressings and sexual health. We are a nurse training practice and also train GPs and medical students.

Although forward thinking, we remain a practice that offers compassionate, patient centred care. We provide medical input to several care homes and community in-patient beds. Existing Practice staff work with the ICB, GP Federation and NHSE and we have GP’s with special interests.

This area is a lovely place to live, with excellent schools, famous parks nearby and easy access to London and the beautiful Surrey Hills. Kingston and the river Thames are just down the road.

Salaried GP Post

Starting salary from £10,500 per session per annum negotiable depending on experience

 

Central Surgery is a progressive, innovative and friendly training practice with approximately 13,800 patients working from modern, purpose-built premises. Early adopters of computerisation we now use the EMIS clinical system.

We are looking for a team-orientated GP to join us working 4 - 8 sessions per week. You would join our enthusiastic, dedicated team of GPs, nurses, HCAs, pharmacist and excellent support staff. We offer flexibility regarding preferred working days, however Fridays are essential. Newly qualified GP's are welcome to apply.

Although forward thinking, we remain a practice that provides compassionate, patient centred care. We provide medical input to several nursing homes and community in-patient beds. Existing Practice staff are involved with the local CCG, GP Federation and we have GP’s with a special interest.

Primary care is ever changing so a GP joining us will be encouraged and supported to develop their interests and equip themselves with the skills that will be needed for the healthcare of the future.
